MA-03 ocupa uno de los lotes más codiciados de La Reserva, la comunidad cerrada de Manuel Antonio. El arquitecto Andrés Brenes diseñó la casa para que la sala y el comedor se abran casi por completo al exterior, dejando que la brisa del mar recorra toda la planta baja mientras el horizonte y las olas que llegan abajo se ven desde casi cualquier asiento.
Cinco habitaciones con baño privado alojan hasta 12 huéspedes: cuatro con cama king y una con dos camas queen, todas equipadas con aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo y televisor inteligente. La cocina tiene la misma atención al detalle, con encimeras de granito, gabinetes de madera dura costarricense, enfriador de vinos y máquina de hielo, y un bar y una parrilla exteriores techados quedan a pocos pasos de la piscina infinita, para comer con el mar enfrente.
La entrada con portón y las calles adoquinadas de La Reserva mantienen la propiedad tranquila, pero MA-03 está cerca de todo lo que importa en Manuel Antonio: a unos cinco minutos de Marina Pez Vela y a unos cinco minutos en la otra dirección de la playa y el parque nacional de Manuel Antonio.

We had a week’s stay at [the house] celebrating a big birthday with 10 people ( 6 adults and 4 children ages 11-17). The house was perfect for us! There was tons of living space, the swimming pool was wonderful, the sunsets were exquisite and the location was perfect for experiencing all that Manuel Antonio area has to offer. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay!
Our time at [the house] was nothing short of amazing! From booking to our first night in Costa Rica to our last day of vacation we experienced true hospitality and comfort. Camilo, our concierge, did an excellent job planning our tours, transportation, and quickly answering calls while we were in Costa Rica. [The house] provided the perfect space for relaxing evenings with family after a full day of fun on tours. I can easily say that a highlight was Chef Diego! Chef Diego is a true testament to his profession. Our meals were perfection and only got better and better with each passing day. We will certainly miss his amazing food, be sure and request the red snapper! Last but not least, we were treated to multiple wild animal encounters. From a Macaw lighting on the balcony railing, monkeys running around the balconies, a variety of other birds in the trees, an iguana and even an Agouti on the grounds, we saw it all from our own terrace! We definitely hope to make a return visit to [the house]. Pura Vida!!
Our stay was perfect from the moment we arrived at [the house]. The house is gorgeous and the views are incredible at this house. We were visited by all kinds of wildlife during our stay and watched Scarlett Macaws fly all day. Our concierge Camilo is outstanding he was always available when we needed something or ask questions. He found us the most incredible chefs! Their food was out of this world good - hire them!! Overall we loved our vacation at [the house]!
[The house] is an amazing property. The pictures online don't do the home justice. The views are amazing. The house is centrally located and close to beaches and the marina. We hired a chef for 3 nights and breakfasts, and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend [the house] if the visiting Manual Antonio area.
[The house] was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Geralyn, our concierge, was absolutely amazing, she took care of everything and set us up with some of the most fun and memorable tours we’ve ever done. Her help made our stay effortless and unforgettable!
