MA-03 sits on one of the most sought-after lots in Manuel Antonio's gated La Reserva community. Architect Andrés Brenes designed the house so its living and dining areas open almost entirely to the outdoors, letting the ocean breeze move through the whole ground floor while the horizon and the waves rolling in below stay in view from nearly every seat.
Five en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests: four with a king bed and one with two queen beds, each fitted with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a smart TV. The kitchen carries the same attention to detail, with granite counters, Costa Rican hardwood cabinetry, a wine fridge, and an ice maker, and a covered outdoor bar and grill sit just steps from the infinity pool for meals eaten with the ocean in front of you.
The gated entrance and paver-lined roads of La Reserva keep the property quiet, but MA-03 is close to everything that matters in Manuel Antonio: about five minutes from Marina Pez Vela, and about five minutes the other way from Manuel Antonio beach and national park.

We had a week’s stay at [the house] celebrating a big birthday with 10 people ( 6 adults and 4 children ages 11-17). The house was perfect for us! There was tons of living space, the swimming pool was wonderful, the sunsets were exquisite and the location was perfect for experiencing all that Manuel Antonio area has to offer. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay!
Our time at [the house] was nothing short of amazing! From booking to our first night in Costa Rica to our last day of vacation we experienced true hospitality and comfort. Camilo, our concierge, did an excellent job planning our tours, transportation, and quickly answering calls while we were in Costa Rica. [The house] provided the perfect space for relaxing evenings with family after a full day of fun on tours. I can easily say that a highlight was Chef Diego! Chef Diego is a true testament to his profession. Our meals were perfection and only got better and better with each passing day. We will certainly miss his amazing food, be sure and request the red snapper! Last but not least, we were treated to multiple wild animal encounters. From a Macaw lighting on the balcony railing, monkeys running around the balconies, a variety of other birds in the trees, an iguana and even an Agouti on the grounds, we saw it all from our own terrace! We definitely hope to make a return visit to [the house]. Pura Vida!!
Our stay was perfect from the moment we arrived at [the house]. The house is gorgeous and the views are incredible at this house. We were visited by all kinds of wildlife during our stay and watched Scarlett Macaws fly all day. Our concierge Camilo is outstanding he was always available when we needed something or ask questions. He found us the most incredible chefs! Their food was out of this world good - hire them!! Overall we loved our vacation at [the house]!
[The house] is an amazing property. The pictures online don't do the home justice. The views are amazing. The house is centrally located and close to beaches and the marina. We hired a chef for 3 nights and breakfasts, and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend [the house] if the visiting Manual Antonio area.
