We list 142 houses that sleep ten or more: 75 in Guanacaste, 58 in Manuel Antonio and Quepos, four in Arenal, three in Dominical, and two in Santa Teresa. The most bedrooms in a single booking is 17, at GU-45, for up to 40 guests. Four of them are estates of two or three houses rented together, and 10 allow weddings with the manager's approval.
Most of what we book is big: a reunion of fifteen, a wedding party of twenty-four, three generations under one roof. Those groups need the same things. Enough real bedrooms, not sofa beds counted twice. A kitchen a chef can work in. A pool that toddlers and grandparents can both use. Stairs that do not ruin the week for anyone.
Manuel Antonio houses are hillside, rainforest, and ocean view, ten minutes from the national park. Guanacaste houses are flatter, sunnier, and bigger, an hour from Liberia airport. Santa Teresa houses are surf-town homes on the Nicoya Peninsula, a short flight from San José to Tambor.

These estates are two or three houses rented together. Where one of the houses also books on its own, it is listed beside the estate, so a smaller group can take just that part.
These houses allow a wedding or event with the manager's approval in advance. Outdoor music ends at 10 pm at every one of them, and the event fee is on top of the rent. Flying in as a group? We book airport transfers in one vehicle or several, with car seats and boosters, and a private chef for any of these houses.
