Five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms for up to 10 guests, on a hillside above Tamarindo inside a gated community. This is not one house: it is a main villa with three bedrooms plus two standalone bungalows, each with its own bedroom, bathroom, terrace and pool. Two couples can have a villa each, or a family can give the older kids their own building, and everyone still shares the terrace and the view.
The estate looks out over Marino Las Baulas National Park, the estuary and the Pacific, with about 5,400 square feet of living space spread across the site. Every bedroom has a king bed, its own air conditioning and a terrace. The main living area opens onto an outdoor bar, a barbecue and an open-air kitchen, and there is a sunset terrace with a daybed on it for the end of the day.
It is a hillside property, so there are stairs: a ramp up to the main living area, one bedroom up a flight, and the two bungalows up another. If anyone in your group wants to avoid stairs, ask us about GU-87, the same owner's villa above Playas del Coco.
We list this estate as GU-86. Tell us your dates and group size and we confirm availability and the exact total with the owner, then handle the rest: Liberia airport transfers, a private chef, surf lessons, and boats.
