Twenty five years making complicated things run on time: logistics, budgets, and client service for companies in Costa Rica, the United States, and Europe. A good trip is a logistics problem wearing nicer clothes, and that is the work she has always done.
She is from Cariari, near San José, so she knows the country from the middle out: the airport, the roads, the drive to the coast, and what it is really like at the other end. She plans for families and groups, the big houses with mixed ages where everyone wants something different on the same Tuesday.
"When I am not working I go to Playa Linda, because almost nobody else does. That is the whole reason. I would rather send you somewhere quieter and right than somewhere famous and wrong."
