MA-19 sits inside La Reserva, the gated Manuel Antonio community reached by cobblestone road and watched over around the clock. The house is built around an infinity pool and a run of retractable glass, so the living room, the kitchen, and several of the bedrooms open straight onto the terrace and the jungle behind it.
Five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms sleep up to 10 guests. The kitchen has granite counters and a full range of appliances for cooking real meals, the dining table seats 10, and each of the primary suites has a canopy bed under an exposed wood ceiling with a fan. Monkeys, sloths, and toucans pass through the property on their own schedule, not staged for guests.
