MA-22 sits on five private acres in the heart of Manuel Antonio, a rare amount of land this close to town. The main house runs close to 9,000 square feet across six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, with mango, banana, starfruit, and citrus trees scattered across the grounds and a wildlife corridor that brings monkeys, toucans, and sloths through the property most days. Despite the acreage, the villa is a walk from restaurants, shops, gyms, and nightlife, and just minutes from Manuel Antonio's beaches and national park.
Four of the six suites are master bedrooms with king beds, private terraces, and ocean breezes. A fifth bedroom sleeps a family off a jungle-facing veranda with two queen beds and two twin beds, and the sixth has its own king bed and private veranda. The cathedral-ceiling living room opens onto a wraparound balcony, and a second-level seating area with an oceanview balcony gives guests a quiet spot for yoga or morning coffee before the day gets going.
