Great location! Everything you need is walking distance. The house comfortably fit our party of 5. And it has a separate room not attached to the house in case you feel you need a bit more privacy if you have a large group. We accidently locked ourselves out and the host responded immediately to help us. We would definitly book again.
The house is in the heart of La Fortuna, walking distance to downtown. We enjoyed this easy access to things and being embedded in a local neighborhood. The setting is peaceful and safe. There is a hotel entrance gate very close to the house where a large tour bus would come to drop off and pickup guests/tourists each day. There was some noise related to that, but not intrusive. The house itself is a typical Latin American home with good security, nice amenities and beautiful landscaping surrounding the house. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Most of our time was spent away doing local activities all day. So we only hung out at the house in the evenings. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable. It takes up to two hours to heat up the water for the hot tub, so plan ahead for that. Overall, we were happy with this rental and would recommend it.
My friends and I had an amazing stay! The place was located far from their downtown but downtown was like a 5 minute walk which was perfect!! Everything was close by, all of the Sodas and Restaurants we wanted to try were about a 5-7 minute walk, there are grocery stores nearby for water and other essentials, and they had 2 gyms about a 5 minute walk as well. A very convenient place in a quiet secluded area. The home was very well kept, the hot tub was a plus, they provided a few board games which was very fun and all around a great place to stay! I loved La Fortuna and hope to stay here again when I go back! Highly recommend!
Danny’s place had everything we needed: multiple bedrooms, beautiful outdoor area, hot tub, and a great central location. Walkable area to restaurants, shops, bars and even sloth trails. Our family of four, including two young adults, enjoyed our stay.
Danny’s place was the perfect oasis to be able to experience the beauty and adventure of La Fortuna (LF). The home was spacious and clean, and within walking distance of many shops and eateries. The hot tub was a nice touch at the end of a long day of adventuring. 10/10 recommend this place to families or groups wanting a central location to all of LF offers!
