Four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and seven beds for up to 13 guests, set in the hills above Uvita. The view is the reason to come: a panorama of the Pacific that takes in the Whale's Tail sandbar at Marino Ballena, with an infinity pool set on the edge so the water runs out into the horizon.
The villa is modern and open, built over more than one level with glass walls that fold back so the living space and the terrace become one room. Air conditioning throughout, a full kitchen, a barbecue, laundry and an outdoor shower.
One practical thing to know before you book: a four-wheel drive is required to reach the property, and it is a short 4x4 stretch back down to the coastal highway. Uvita town is about five minutes away. If anyone in your group would rather not drive a mountain road, ask us about DM-03 instead, which is on a paved road nearby.
We list this house as DM-04. Tell us your dates and group size and we confirm availability and the exact total with the manager, then sort out transfers, a private chef and the whale watching.
