MA-05 sits on a hillside in Manuel Antonio with ocean views from most of its main living space, and it was recently renovated top to bottom. Five bedrooms and four bathrooms sleep up to 12 guests comfortably, with two bedrooms opening onto the water view and a first-floor bedroom that makes the villa workable for guests who cannot manage stairs.
The layout centers on a private pool and sun deck with lounge chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor dining and BBQ area, so the property moves easily between indoor and outdoor living. There is also an on-site gym for guests who want to keep up a routine on vacation. Unlike most of our La Reserva villas, MA-05 is centrally located within walking distance of Manuel Antonio's restaurants, nightlife, and public transportation, no rental car required.
