MA-01 sits on a hilltop lot inside a gated estate, high enough that the Pacific, the surrounding jungle, and the mountains behind Manuel Antonio all stay in view at once. The villa shares its grounds with one other private rental and the owner's residence, and nightly security covers all three, so the setting stays quiet even with the coast five minutes down the hill.
Three levels hold six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, built for a group of up to 16. The kitchen opens directly onto the pool deck and grill area, so cooking, eating, and the view stay in the same line of sight. A solar-filtered infinity pool, a jacuzzi, and a mirador built for sunset round out the outdoor side, and garage parking covers up to three vehicles for groups arriving in more than one car.
