This is three villas, numbered 14, 15, and 16, side by side on one property and joined by garden paths, so it is an easy, safe walk between them for grandparents and small children. They share the grounds, three private pools, a heated jacuzzi, a sauna, and an open-air rancho that seats up to 40 for meals. Every one of the 17 suites has its own bathroom, so groups splitting across the villas each keep full privacy.

Good for a family reunion or wedding party that wants its own wing: assign one villa per family branch, or spread across all three and gather at the rancho. Small weddings and celebrations are possible with the community's approval in advance.
The estate sits in Bosques de Pinilla, a newer neighborhood inside Hacienda Pinilla with a shared 70-foot lap pool, a shallow area for kids, a sundeck, and an open-air BBQ. Playa Mansita is a five-minute drive, the JW Marriott 1.9 km away, Tamarindo about 15 minutes by road, and Liberia airport about an hour.

Nightly rates move by date and season. Plus 13% Costa Rica tax. Ask us for the owners' current total for your dates before booking. Over Christmas, reservation must include December 25 and a minimum stay of 7 nights.
The rate includes a staffed stay, Monday through Saturday: daily cleaning and laundry, a dedicated on-site concierge, and breakfast and light bite preparation using your own groceries (or the team can stock the kitchen for a small fee).
Extras, paid locally: the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club ($5 per person per day, free under 10; it closes for about two weeks every October), golf cart rental, and a day pass at the JW Marriott when available ($136 per adult including $85 to spend on food and drink, $68 for children 5 to 12).
For groups of ten or more staying five nights or longer, an upgraded service package runs $29 per person per day plus tax: a Costa Rican breakfast cooked for you with groceries included (Monday to Saturday), round-trip private transfers from Liberia airport, and one traditional Costa Rican dinner. Prices are the manager's and can change; we confirm them with your quote.
GU-45 is three separate houses booked together as one rental: 17 bedrooms for up to 40 guests. Each house has its own bedrooms and living space, and your group decides who sleeps where. We book the houses together, not one at a time.
Allowed with the manager's approval, for up to 50 guests at the event, with an event fee from $500. Outdoor music ends at 10 pm. We confirm the current rules with your quote.
