The host was amazing and was immediately responsive at all hours of the day, and secured private transportation for us for from the airport and to Tortuguero! They even helped get us local taxis and were always checking in to make sure things were going smoothly. The home is beautiful and very peaceful. It has all of the amenities and is great for families. It is in a wonderful locations, close to shopping and restaurants, and we felt very safe being in a gated neighborhood.
We had a fabulous stay in Danny’s place. It was even better than the photos, absolutely spotless and beautifully presented. Our teenagers loved the separate rooms with individual bathrooms, it gave everyone some peace from each other with a lovely airy living room to eat together. Danny was always helpful and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.
This house is great if you prefer a home over a hotel. We didn’t feel comfortable driving from San Jose’ & around La Fortuna, so the concierge service was amazing. From early booking to throughout the trip they were very prompt in responding and super helpful with making reservations, arranging transportation & suggesting places to eat. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and felt safe in the neighborhood. Downtown was only about a 2-5 minute drive & Mary’s at the top of the neighborhood was a super convenient & yummy place to eat, as well.
We loved Danny's place! Spotless and just like the pictures. Our only issue was the main door as you can see inside to the pool area making the property a little less private especially with construction going on across the street but we parked our car infront and it helped make it a little more private. Would recommend! Pura vida!
We absolutely loved this house! It was clean, comfortable and completely met all our expectations. All the rooms overlooked the pool which was really cool. The location was perfect! It was a quick drive to downtown La Fortuna for shopping and restaurants and the view of the volcano was amazing. The host was quick to respond with any questions and was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this house!
