Danny’s place was so beautiful. It was exactly how it’s described and pictured. Amazing view, close to town, quiet area; I loved that it was in a gated community. The guard stopped us twice to make sure we should be there, which made us feel safe. The beds were comfortable, water was warm, and everything was clean. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus on the days we hung out at home. Also, the WiFi worked perfectly. The concierge team, booked everything for us, and sent us instructions the day before each activity, to make sure we were prepared properly for each activity. They even booked our rental car for us. We will be back for sure. Being in this home made our trip memorable🤍
Spacious house with unique architecture and stunning view. Nestled in a gated community and surrounded by local wildlife. The chalet design mirrors the volcano.
This house looked like the listing and has a good location close to La fortuna center. Lots of good restaurants near by. The house felt a bit dated and in need of maintenance. The gate to get in the house is heavy and needs to be manually opened, was not the easiest to work with. The side doors also didn’t lock and a stick was used to keep them “locked”. Did not have anywhere to hang towels which left us hanging towels all over. The hot tub and pool chairs were not in the best shape. The host was responsive and provided helpful links. We had a lot of rain which led to a leak, I reached out to the host and while he didn’t write back, someone was sent over to fix it the same day. Overall we had a nice time in the house, and the frame of the house, greenery and balconies were lovely.
We had a great time. Our family of 5 adults fit perfectly. The view was stunning and the house was clean. Each bedroom had an ac and even though the rest of the house did not, it did not get too hot. Danny was communicative the entire time. We ran into a few snags during our stay but we messaged him and he messaged us back right away and the issues were resolved. The location is safe, pretty and still near the action. I would definitely return in the future.
Danny’s home in La Fortuna was amazing! All of the home and amenities were in great shape and very clean. Also the responsiveness when we needed help at the home was impeccable. They were always there within minutes or providing great recommendations! The pool and hot tub is a huge plus!
