DM-01 sits inside Costa Verde Private Community, a gated enclave in the hills above Dominical, and it is the only property we represent in this part of the southern Pacific. The villa was designed around two ideas that do not always go together in a luxury build: sustainability and calm. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens the living spaces to the ocean and the surrounding forest instead of closing them off, and the four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms are spread out enough that eight guests can share the house without feeling on top of each other.
The kitchen runs high-end appliances and stone counters for anyone who wants to cook, and a private chef is available for anyone who does not. Outside, an infinity-edge pool and a sunken firepit lounge both look straight out over the Pacific, and the gardens around them do most of the landscaping work rather than lawn. It is a house built to be lived in slowly: mornings on the terrace, afternoons in the pool, evenings at the firepit watching the light change over the water.
