MA-02 sits on one of the higher points in Manuel Antonio, and the custom two-story design makes the most of it. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors wrap the living space in 360-degree views of the Pacific coastline, the surrounding mountains, and a palm plantation below, while a wood spiral staircase connects the two floors around an open living area.

At just over 2,000 square feet, this is one of the smaller, more intimate properties in our portfolio, well suited to a couple or a small family rather than a large group. The main bedroom sits on the ground floor near the entry and infinity pool, and the second bedroom upstairs has two queen beds and its own en-suite bathroom. A third full bathroom off the living area serves the three custom daybeds there, useful for a couple of extra guests without adding another formal bedroom. A wheelchair-accessible ramp connects the levels, and the whole villa is a five-minute taxi ride from Manuel Antonio's restaurants, the marina, and the national park entrance.
