MA-11 sits tucked into the rainforest above Manuel Antonio, smaller and more secluded than most of our other villas, and built for guests who want their vacation quiet. Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms sleep up to six, with the master suite opening onto its own ocean-view balcony through floor-to-ceiling windows that pull in the light and the breeze.
The living area shares that same open, indoor-outdoor layout, with a veranda that looks straight out over the jungle canopy to the Pacific. Wide decks wrap the house for wildlife watching, and it is a rare morning here without monkeys, sloths, toucans, or scarlet macaws passing through. A rooftop piazza doubles as an exercise and yoga area, and the private pool sits surrounded by tropical gardens that were recently replanted with new walking paths through them. Three beaches, including Playa Biesanz, are within walking distance, along with Manuel Antonio's restaurants and shops.
