MA-09 is a newly built villa in Manuel Antonio's gated La Reserva community, set on a hillside above Quepos with a run of ocean and jungle views. The house is built around an infinity pool, a whirlpool tub, and a sunken fire pit lounge for after dark, and the sliding glass panels open the whole social area onto the pool deck.
Four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms sleep up to eight guests, including two full master suites, one on each level, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling windows run through the social area and the stairway, so the jungle and mountain views stay in sight from most rooms in the house. La Reserva is gated with 24/7 security and a few minutes' drive from Quepos, Manuel Antonio beach, and Marina Pez Vela.
